With this handy online tool you can design a box made to measure for the lasercutter. This tool has a lot of extra options to make the joints. Just enter a few parameters like dimensions (inside or outside), material thickness and tab width. The website sends you a pdf that you can then edit and prepare for the lasercutter with Illustrator as explained in our Illustrator for the Lasercutter manual.
